How Reid Ashby uses your data

When you register or apply for a job, Reid Ashby stores the details you give us, including your CV, so we can consider you for suitable roles and contact you about them.

• What we keep: your name, contact details, CV and any profile information you add, plus your applications.
• Who sees it: the Reid Ashby recruitment team. With your agreement, we share your CV with employers for specific roles.
• How long: we keep your CV for up to 24 months after your last activity, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
• Your rights: you can download or delete your data at any time from your account, under Privacy. You can also contact us at enquiries@reidashby.com.
